- How long is a rental?
- All rentals are overnight for FREE. Standard bookings cover your event day, and a second day is just 50% of the base price.
- Do you set up and take down?
- Yes. Delivery, setup, safety instruction and takedown are included in every inflatable rental price.
- What surface do you need?
- Grass is preferred, but we can set up on concrete, asphalt or indoors with sandbags. Let us know when you book.
- What happens if it rains?
- Safety first — you can reschedule for any open date within 12 months at no charge, or cancel the morning of your event.
- Is a deposit required?
- A small deposit holds your date and applies to your balance. The remainder is due at delivery.
- Do you require a waiver?
- Yes. Every renter signs a short digital waiver before we set up. We email it with your confirmation.
